Rowdy Tiger
Atlanta, Georgia
American Whiskey has played a role in this nation’s history dating back to its founding. George Washington used it to rally his troops, and it provided liquid courage to the early pioneers as they traveled West to the Pacific Coast. During Prohibition, it was consumed surreptitiously by Rowdy sympathizers in speakeasies known as blind tigers. Atlanta is no stranger to the underground consumption of whiskey, as Georgia experienced periods of prohibition both before and after it was enacted nationally.
