When it comes to the food and beverage, the hotel agreed from the very beginning that they were not just going to look to deliver an amenity for hotel guests - but rather an elevated culinary and beverage experience in two distinct but related venues: One is a beautiful light-filled “living room” for the entire West Palm Beach community serving thoughtfully local and varied food and drink throughout the day,  and the other a striking rooftop pool, bar and lounge experience unlike any other in the area for both daytime and nighttime entertainment. The menu direction for both venues will be “Florida Fusion” as the F&B team looks to capture vintage the “Americana” history of Palm Beach County and blend it with vibrant recipes that highlight the multicultural melting pot of South Florida.
